Sayaph Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

1. Eligibility

To use Sayaph, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Sayaph strictly complies with the minimum age requirements under Philippine law. Sayaph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online betting is legal, or you are accessing Sayaph from the Philippines under the applicable regulatory framework.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited persons list maintained by any gaming regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by Sayaph for a violation of these terms.

2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Sayaph. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, phone number, device, or household – is a violation of these terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address. Sayaph may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, particularly before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or UMID.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

4. Betting Rules

• Suspicious betting patterns – including but not limited to arbitrage betting, match fixing, or coordinated account activity – may result in account suspension and investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Sayaph regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback deals, and event-specific boosts. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Unverified accounts may have bonus winnings withheld until KYC is complete.

• Using automated software (bots) to place bets, create accounts, or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or insiders to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activity to deposit or bet on Sayaph.
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge or a direct ability to influence the outcome.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Sayaph staff or other players through any communication channel.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

Sayaph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or a regulatory requirement to do so. In cases of suspension:

• You will be notified by email or in-platform notification, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
• If suspension follows a KYC request that you failed to respond to within 30 days, remaining balance may be held until documents are provided.
• If suspension is the result of confirmed fraud, the balance may be forfeited in full.
• If Sayaph closes your account for reasons unrelated to a violation (such as exiting a market), your verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
