Deposits

Most deposits reflect immediately. If yours has not appeared after 15 minutes, first check that the transaction completed successfully on your GCash, Maya, or banking app and that the reference number was generated. Sayaph does not charge fees on deposits for standard transactions. Withdrawals
Log in to your Sayaph account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred payout method – GCash, Maya, or bank transfer – enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting your first withdrawal. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya typically arrive within 1–3 hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay process within the same business day.
The minimum withdrawal at Sayaph is ₱200. There is no fee charged by Sayaph on standard withdrawals. You can withdraw to any verified payment method linked to your account. For security, withdrawal requests must go to the same account or wallet you used for your most recent deposit, unless you have updated your preferred payout method through the support team.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed 24/7 and typically complete within 1–3 hours. Bank transfers may take longer, especially during weekends or Philippine public holidays when bank processing windows are reduced.
